A limited, numbered first edition, one of 194 copies... was set in the Aries types designed for The Stourton Press by Eric Gill. The types were cast, set and printed by Fairfax Hall at 38, Petersham Place, London, and the printing was completed on the first of January 1972. Signed, with dedication of the author to British writer Elizabeth Sprigge, dated June 6,1972. Laid in is a four page sales prospectus for the book. Quarter leather and natural colour cloth over board. Clear plastic wrapper. Teg.
Fine. The loose plastic wrapper is lightly soiled and discoloured.
