Bates illustrated the poem with wood engravings printed directly from the blocks.Sharon Beasley hand-bound the booklets in Ingres paper and cloth over boards, with Nideggan end-papers." Included is an illustrated whimsical Erratum slip "We started with Bulmer on Linotype, But it tipped then it tilted and caused such a fight, So we said, ""Let's forget it.
